Return&Exchange Policy

Preconditions:

  1. Fulfilled orders can not be canceled.
  2. After-sale warranty is 7 days since receiving the parcel according to the tracking info.(Please contact us in 7 days for returning after delivered)
  3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. Second return is not accepted.
  5. Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the shoes don't fit, don't like it, arriving late and other subjective reasons.
  6. Please make sure the order number you provide is correct. Customers will be responsible for the consequences of sending the wrong order number.
  7. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

    Return and Refund Steps:

    1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
    2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
    3. Drop off your package at the local post office. You need to keep your proof of postage and delivery confirmation to claim the refund through our Customer Service.
    4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Return&Exchange Steps:

    1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, include the size or color you want to exchange.
    2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
    3. Drop off your package at the local post office. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.You need to keep your proof of postage and delivery confirmation to claim the refund through our Customer Service.
    4. Once you send proof of postage and tracking number by email(support@wetkiss.net), we will arrange exchange when the package is on the way to us within 2-5 days.

    NOTES:

    1. You will be responsible for the cost of the return.
    2. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

    Return Address:

    Please contact our Customer Service(support@wetkiss.net) if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
