Shipping Information

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.

  • The website currently only supports purchases and shipments in the United States.



1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

5)Most of our products are shipped from our local warehouse in the US, but there will be some products that need to be shipped from China, so it will take a little longer. Packages sent from China will take approximately 10-20 days to reach you. For products shipped from China, we will explain on the product detail page and communicate with you via email, so please read the product detail page carefully and fill in the correct email address when you order so we can contact you.


Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders.Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided.If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance in regards to which carrier is delivering your package,please reference your confirmation shipping email.

We will not be held responsible for orders that show ”DELIVERED”. 


1)For unnecessary troubles, please make sure your address and phone number are correct when filling in the harvest address, or contact us( in time before the order has tracking number to request a change of address, otherwise the parcel will not be delivered at your expense.

2)The exact delivery frame depends on many factors, such as customs, weather, whether in peak season and other uncontrollable factors.

3)Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.
